RE: My Bird Zazu!

in #blog6 years ago (edited)

She is a baby mynah bird.🧡 they are very smart and will learn to talk in time . Her parents im sure were screaming and would have feed her from the ground. Ive seen this many of times when i lived in Hawaii. You will need to feed her every two hours till her crop is full. Get mynah bird baby food and she will grow up big and strong🧡 oh my bad i skipped the part where she passed then went back to read. Aw im sorry to hear that.

Sort:

I put her back on the ground where she was found and watched her for about 4 hours and she wasn't helped at all by any other birds. I couldn't leave her on the ground because my dogs would have gotten to her. The nest was way too high up in the tree too, so there was no way to get her back up there.

Aw well u did good, she might have had other siblings that pushed her out . Keep a eye out for more it might be season. I know back home i would see 3 sometimes in a week.

Also next time try a heating pad or heating light, birds lose heat fast and they need tons of protein . I use to always have baby bird food on hand it sure helps lol.

I was thinking that either the wind knocked her out, or another sibling did. I had a heating pad under the pot, and she stayed nice and cozy! <3
