Grab one of the most legendary FPS games ever to be created. I freaking loved this game when I was a kid. I spent days playing it, and it was my first LAN experience as well. All our cables were handmade and tied together in a very dodgy way. There was never a better gaming experience.

Just did a series of "historical" gaming posts covering some noteworthy titles, when I covered 1997 I came across Doom 64 for N64 - really fun to compare it with the recent Doom games.
I bet, my first gaming experience was DOOM back on the IBM 286 :)
