The remaining balances into the secondary account have the transaction of the balance that will be moving back to the primary account.

This ensures the balance of the user that needs to e in the primary accounts most of the time. So that, it will be done through the management requirements for the balance in the addresses of secondary account. This feature also enables the smart wallet that will provide the QuarkChain team an open source of the project.
