More improvements: new Revenue sources

A teacher is getting paid -in any other platform- for the courses he sell there. From now, Tutellus become the only platform who pay teachers from 4 different sources:

• Earn money selling your courses. Up to 85% and never less than 70%, no matter if the user is new or old.
• Earn money with subscriptions: you get paid in same percentage as before depending on the minutes students spend in your courses.
• Earn money with your actions: the more activity you generate in the platform, the more tokens you receive. Similar behavior to any student.
• Earn money with the Student’s Relevance: each USD that come into the platform from companies (to seek for best Students), you get 20%.
