Art on a Blockchain
I resisted Bitcoin at first because I didn't see anything backing the currency other than plain old market demand. Once I wrapped my head around Bitcoin and the blockchain, things got clearer, then they got exciting. Our crypto meetup group got an email from someone in New York, wondering if their project's cofounder could come to Toronto and explain their blockchain project: a crypto-token backed by world-class fine art, purchased with the proceeds from token sales by a team of art experts.
