Real estate has always been a good domain if you want to invest your money. However, not everyone has a big capital to invest in. On the other hand, there a mobile homes or after pro[rieties you might find for a lower price than could be an amazing start. For example, I bought a house vie RealtySouth, and I rented the rooms in it for different people, since I was in college it wasn't a problem to live with a lot of people and mot was students too. I was able with their rent money to pay the credit I had at the bank. So, everything is possible.
