Project Funding

Each project CryptoFlow Developments propose will go through an initial round of funding. This will be done by allocating a number of slots for each project of different amounts to suit each investor.

Milestones

During the funding rounds different Milestones will be set out. Once a milestone is reached funding will be taken out for the acquisition of that milestone. If a project fails to reach funding then all investment gets returned.

Project Management

Every project will be managed locally by an approved Project Manager. CryptoFlow Developments will oversee the full development is carried out in the required manner, time frame and the highest specification possible.

They are used to completing projects to a extremely high standard having completed some residential homes worth in excess of £5million.

Every project that gets the green light under the CryptoFlow Developments process will be fully carried out to these same essential high standards.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each project is accessed by CryptoFlow Developments to make sure the proposal put forward can be met. Full project costings will be analysed and the achievable profit outcome and time frame will be taken into account to get the best return for our investors.

Projects will be proposed on different levels with slots to suit different investors. To invest in a project you need to purchase CFD coins directly from CryptoFlow Developments. These coins are then locked in the required slots. Once the project is complete CryptoFlow Developments will then purchase those coins back from you at a value related to the initial investment plus the percentage of profit made on the project after taxes and fees.

No project will go ahead unless the funding of the milestones are reached. As your investment is locked into a property you will always maintain that security. 

As more and more projects become available for the funding rounds they will be posted under the projects section. In there you will be able to see the amount of funding needed for each project, the expected return, timeframe and the cost per slot.

CFD Project Tokens

CFD Project Tokens give the opportunity to invest in the development of a new property, properties, renovation or restoration of a particular project by purchasing tokens allocated to slots on each development.

Once you purchase a slot on a particular project you will receive an allocation of tokens equal to the amount of your investment which will become locked under smart contracts for the duration of the development.

On completion and sale of the development, you will then receive an offer from CryptoFlow Developments to purchase your tokens back for the price you paid for them plus a share in any profit made on the development.​ Further details and additional options are set out in the White Paper.

Barry has been involved in Construction for over 20+ years having managed an array of different projects from social housing for Dublin City Council to Multi-Million High-end housing developments. 

His attention to detail and delivering on schedule has also seen him carry out projects for some of the biggest names in the world such as Apple, having built every store in Ireland for them since 2010. 

He has also carried out projects for some major UAE companies across Ireland and the UK.

He has also been involved in commercial fabrication working directly for the Porcelanosa group in Spain and clients such as Dublin Airport Authority.

Andrew Silverman

Operations Manager

Specialising in high-end residential and commercial fit-outs for the last 20 years Andrew has gained a keen eye for managing Financial controls on projects as well as a vast knowledge in the Mechanical sector.

From having his impressive property portfolio Andrew is an expert in seeking out extensive Property Development opportunities.

Having been involved in the Construction Industry for more than 15 years Colm has moved through different sectors of Electrical, Mechanical and Home automation supervising multi-million-pound jobs.
