Think it is a good time to buy.

Ecobits is launching coin on exchange end of this month. (NEM)
DIMCOIN ICO starting end of this month (NEM)
Qchain is new ICO starting soon (ETH & NEM)
Other in pipleline, sure of it.
Catapult to release either before end of this year, otherwise I guess early next year.
Dev always active on the go, innovative and produce excellent quality of work.
