Kleros: Dispite resolution through the blockchain

Introduction
The world is on a very high speed of globalization and digitalization where communication and trade happens virtually online. And this trade is between humans and not just the computers so, dispute will certainly emerge.
Kleros which is a decentralized application built on top of ethereum that specifically works as a decentralized third party to arbitrate disputes in every kind of contract will help do justice to that. Existing dispute resolution are too slow, very costly and not reliable for a decentralized global economy operating in real time. Kleros is reliable and is exactly what we need in this modern time. They render straight judgement without scrutinizing the case from outside the blockchain. A situation where customers of decentralized Jumia who had ordered for a particular commodity as seen in the uncart goods but had received something not similar to what they ordered. At this point, smart contracts are automatically executed as programmed by Kleros.

How Kleros Works
Kleros is a decision protocol for a multipurpose court system able to solve every kind of dispute without involving the centralized system.
It doesn't rely on whatever truth any of the individual brings to the table but on game-theoritical economic incentives.
It is the function of Kleros to usher out the truth from a confusing array of clues. It leverages the technologies of crowdsourcing, block chains and game theory to bring justice that 100% truthful in an inexpensive way.

Kleros as a solution
Imagine a world where there is no panacea to problems, there will be so much pain that would wound the soul and make life very bitter. Kleros being very reliable has huge number of solutions in the block chain industry. I will point out but few.

a. Prevention from abuse: Social network is the order of the day, so kleros helps to prevent spam/scam and other abuse because it is a challenge for decentralized social networks. Parties can report any violation of the network policies. If the violation is contested then here comes a dispute resolution. But if declined that no violation happened, the reporter looses his security deposit to the accused party.

b. Insurance : a dispute resolution process such as KLEROS is needed to determine how funds should be split between insurees. If the dispute resolution ain't there,one of the individuals would think s/he is been cheated. You know, the human mind is hard to decipher. The Kleros who is in support of no party gives a justifiable resolution.

c. Micro tasking: micro task service can be paid through decentralized platform, take Jumia as an instance, taskers would put a security deposit and submit answers to micro-task. They can replicate the task, if the replicate copies get different answers, the tasker would admit/ he had failed and this would lead to transfering a part of security deposit to the tasker that performed the task correctly. In this case, a dispute resolution process would make sure the losing taker does not maneuver but has part of their security deposit transferred to the winning ones.

d. Reliability: They are reliable and give reliable solutions. A buyer from amazon and Jumia is not giving a fringe because come what may there is a decentralized court that would give a go ahead order of how any said dispute can be reconciled. No party is supported as it relies on game theoretical economic incentives and not the truth the individual think they have.

e. Mobility: kleoros is decentralized thereby making disputes to be taken care of at anytime. There is no particular spot for the make-up disputes. It is quite stress-free especially in a situation where the various traders are from different countries. Imagine Charles being from England and Modric from Croatia and they have a huge dispute that demand appearing in court for better reasoning. Would Modric go to England? Or Charles to Croatia? No, kleoros saves the stress of much travel and dealing with individual dispute wherever you are.
The solutions kleoros would bring can't be overemphasized.

Usage Scenario
This is a clear scenario so you'd get the feasibilities in looking at kleros.
Jane is a freelance writer that stays in Kenya, she was hired by Michael from Europe, Michael needs Jane to write a definite report on how to go about an event that would fetch him a huge amount of money. Jane and Michael had agreed that the report would be submitted to him in a week time. Something happened and Jane had to submit it three days after 1 week which got Michael to be very infuriated. Jane had explained to him what happened and how she suffered so much to get his work done but Michael just won't take it, he had lost enough money more than he would pay Jane. Jane insists on her payment, Michael now seeing it as not funny contacts kleoros as stated in the agreement before the business proposal as he can't hire a lawyer seeing that Jane stays very far from him.

Jurors are appointed to judge this case and they are being paid afterwards. These Jurors do not know each other. They are individuals selected by Kleros after the individual must have deposited in Pinakon cos Pinakon is the token used by Kleros to select Jurors for disputes. The more likely they deposit, the more they would be selected. So, these participating "Pinakon Paying" individuals are being selected to judge the disputes. Three days after the juries have voted, Jane and Michael receive an email, "The Jury has ruled for Michael. The website was not delivered in accordance to terms and condition agreed by by the parties. A smart contract has transferred the money to Michael". Jurors get paid and case is closed.

Alexander Hamilton said, "I think the first duty of the society is Justice"
Justice is essential, in fact it's actual ingredient for a good society. Kleros will stop at no course to see that Justice reigns among individuals.
Being that Kleros is a decentralized court system allowing arbitration of smart contracts by crowd sourced jurors relying on economic incentives. The global world needs a fast, inexpensive, decentralized and reliable dispute resolution mechnism.
Kleros gives a reliable service and a justifiable judgement.
