To me it only seems like censoring. Many people with something to say should have the right to say it. What makes the internet such a phenomenal tool is the ability for opinions to be shared freely. This uses corporatism, which in itself is despicable, as an excuse to censor any opinions that do not follow mainstream political agendas. In SOuth-Africa they are attempting something similar and it is in an attempt to keep a monopoly on opinion. We only have one public broadcaster that controls everything in this country and it is using its power to push political agendas.
