UK Entrepreneurs launching EQUI, an Innovative Investment Platform
Scottish business partners Doug Barrowman and Michelle Mone are raising money to launch EQUI, a cryptocurrency investment platform. They hope that EQUI will make the venture capital investment available to ordinary people who want to start a business: "For the first time, everyday people, non-industry professionals, will have the change to back an investment that usually they only get to hear about in the media after the event," said Barrowman. Essentially, EQUI is a web application based on the popular Ethereum blockchain. As described in their project vision, blockchain technology is revolutionizing our world, both in business and in our everyday life when we interact with each other.
