UNICEF is looking for developers of blockchain solutions
The UN Children's Fund UNICEF announced finding software developers to implement blockchain-making in the organization of the system.
UNICEF published a technical specification that describes the requirements for developers and consultants. The Foundation is looking for developers of open-source IT-products, which will help deal with the humanitarian problems in countries with developing economies. Among the tasks that need to be addressed, is listed on the basis of the development of new technology solutions such as smart blockchain and contracts.
With their help, UNICEF intends to establish a decentralized platform for the identification and remittances. Prototype solutions for money transfer will have to be submitted by the end of the sixth month of teamwork.

Candidates will have to work with the already existing within the Fund group of entrepreneurs, developers and researchers involved in various projects of the organization. In particular, reference platform for forecasting the spread of infectious diseases, which processes data about weather conditions and socio-economic parameters from different sources.
"We aim to increase our knowledge and broaden my horizons, so we want to bring to our team who will be able to explore and create specific instances of blokcheyna in the UNICEF", - he explained in a conversation with a representative of the fund CoinDesk Dana Zucker.
Among the mandatory requirements referred to knowledge of English and the ability to go for the duration of the contract in the United States. Knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage. The duration of the contract is 11.5 months.
