Cryptocurrency exchange CoinEx was hacked on Tuesday, with hackers stealing about $31 million worth of coins.

The company said the funds stolen was a “very small portion” of the platform’s total assets and that affected parties will receive 100% compensation.

CoinEx has identified and isolated the wallet addresses linked to the attack and is working to create a solution for those affected.
