Again, the crypto market was capped in the red and bitcoin fell to very low levels, its equity falling below $1.6 trillion for the first time in months.
Not surprisingly, Bitcoin's fear and greed index fell into deep "extreme fear" territory as a result of losing thousands of dollars in just a few days.
As one might expect, alternative coins fared even worse, with massive drops from Terra, MATIC, CRO, and others.
