You write a BSIP and submit worker proposals via the Bitshares Github page. Best place to start is bitsharetalk.org forum and pm xeroc or any of the other lead devs. The pay is good and the work is interesting, great people!

If you follow the links you can find programming tasks the Bitshares blockchain needs done. If your code is accepted by the dev team you get paid at the bounty rate, which is set at $125 usd/hr for each task. Currently 21 tasks have been completed! Get paid to work for the blockchain!
This is genius. Is there any reason in particular bitshares can do this and platforms like eth can't? For examples in the developments of an ERC20 platform like ours, do you think it would be possible to implement something similar?
