South America: Lifestyle and Crypto

I met a Galapagos Tortoise:

It's over 200 kilograms and it's older than any human being I know (120+ years old). The lifestyle of a tortoise is slow and steady - you may know some humans with the same attitude... The secret of the tortoise is that it employs a conservative evolutionary strategy. It takes its time in all things and rarely makes serious mistakes. That seems to be the secret - mistake minimization. I suppose it would be superior to move fast and make few mistakes - but that is another challenge.

Cryptoassets are young. They develop fast and some fail even faster. In their current form they are the antithesis of the tortoise strategy. To evolve we could learn a bit from the tortoise and conserve the most positive aspects of crypto for the future. The most positive thing I've gained from this movement is membership in digital communities with interesting and motivated individuals. This is something I cherish and want to let you all know that I value our connection. Have a great evening.

Hello, my friend! Happy to see you are back, at least to steemit.:=)
This turtle is my life. Slow and without stops. I even entered the cryptos community...

That is surely the way to live life if you want success.

Great words man! I think one of the reasons I keep coming back to steemit is that it is one place where we all share something new. Something that most of the world is not even properly informed about.

Sometimes it feels that this community is like adventurers in the outer reaches of space. What I mean to say is that we all share something special here and in way it feels that as if we are at the verge of something great..... if it takes slow and steady to reach there, then slow and steady it is!

I completely agree. Makes me think of @pocketchange. Smart and interesting guy talking about an interesting theory.. Most people in real world have zero clue about what he's talking about.

Just took a look at his page and it reminded me of telepathic communication ;-)

Great post friend. I appreciate your thoughts and wow what a beautiful creature.

Thank you. It was a real sight to see an animal so impressive!
