- fixed bitshares.org footer (social links)

Immediate tasks:
- assess security and if applicable sandbox chatbro code to allow integration of the telegram widget on main site (&wallet if no security risks)
- fix "bitshares.org/newsletter"
- add newsflash to main site (display this weekly report for example)

That chat plugin is really going to help me keep up to date with the telegram chat (it is out of control these days with how active this group is!)
