On Saturday, 8th of June 2019, Another Blockchain Saturday Conference was held from the stables of Bitfxt Technologies. Blockchain Saturday, is the brain child of Agboona, who has held several Blockchain Saturday Events in several parts of the country, including Ibadan and Lagos.

This Time, the event was sponsored by Bitfxt Technologies and it was taken far North, to the city of Lafia. This event which served as the first attempt to introducing blockchain technology to the Northern part of the country, experienced massive success.

In a city where technology isn't fully accepted, and blockchain technology isn't known, the attendance and enthusiasm we received was exceptional.

Preparation:

Preparing for the Event was an innovative process as our team on ground had to seek for means to project blockchain technology and move for acceptance and adoption by showing the people of Lafisa the benefits of Bitfxt Products and services and how they can utilize them in every areas of their lives.

We were accepted with great happiness, awe and joy.

The Event:

The Event was heralded with Trainings, discussions, questions and answers and practical sessions. The speakers were introduced at around 10:30AM and the Conference went on till 1:30PM.

Iam Chijamz first introduced the topic Blockchain Technology, where he did well to demystify the Blockchain technology to the lay man and explain the differences between the blockchain technology, bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies.He also taught about the hisory of blockchain, use-cases and developmental/structural adoption of blockchain technology in several economies of the world.
His training helped paved the way for the next speaker who taught on Cryptocurrency Trading

Mr Godwin Adejoh then held a Training on Practical Cryptocurrency Trading , where he exposed the attendees to the basics of cryptocurrency trading, on several exchanges, including binance, and Bitfxt Exchange, some of the topics attended to includes:

2. Benefits of 2 factor Authentication
3. Funding your Account
4. Setting up a trade
5. Stop Loss and Take profits
6. KYC/AML Verification. abd lots more...

Iam Chijamz then took over the stage and took the training on Bitfxt Products and services. Where he explained the Vision and Mission of Bitfxt Technologies and the products infrastructure, including the vault 3.0 and its innovative features. Attendees were allowed to register on the vault and to check out the various features inclusive in the vault and to order for a BPay Card from the Vault.

The Plenary sessions were heralded by several questions regarding blockhain technology, cryptocurrencies and bitfxt, which were answered explicitly. The event came to an end on a very good note and everyone went home happy. The people of Lafia have encountered the blockchain technology which is about to change their lives and cause a revolution in the entire city.
