While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..

there is no reasonable reason for Steemcleaners to attack or even "kill" her account she is honestly producing her content, you or anyone else have the right to do not like but by the same time she has the right to keep producing it, you or any other person can try to convince her to change her subject but any attempt to make her stop by force is an attempt of censorship that go against the freedom of expression which is one of the foundation of steemit.
I understand you trust me, but steemcleaners hate ponzi or scam posts. Decentralized means exactly what you are saying. I am just sending her a warning that once thy find her posts with bitconnect they will basically flag he posts trust me Top referrers get flagged for posting Bitconnect stuff @trevonjames and @craig-grant.
You are right about one thing though she can post on what ever she likes just like some one can flag on what ever they like.
you actually have a great point too, I'm fully against censorship, but since you are talking to her first instead of just crash her with the high delegated power you have is also very kind of you, considering that you also do have the right to just flag her for posting something that you don't agreed with.
