With sites like coinmarketcap.com showing the drop and rise of the value of BTC and other altcoins, investors are taking notice on the opportunity to make money with cryptocurrency the same way as the stock markets. However, there are many online trading platforms that allow you buy and sell altcoins.

For example, Coinbase allows you to buy and sell BTC, BCH, ETH, and LTC. However, if they are experiencing network and other back-end issues, they put a temporary hold on trading, like how I am experiencing at this very moment. And it is a good time to buy and sell where the BTC price is plummeting, but in just about an hour, it rises again close to $1000 more before dropping again. Money could have been made within that hour, but with platform issues, that was not possible.
