This will happen if your country ban Cryptocurrencies.
The one question every cryptocurrency holder is asking right now that what will happen if my country decided to ban cryptocurrencies. let's find out the answer here.
For starting we can take an example country and let's name our country as "X". Now our target is to find out what happens when X decided to ban cryptocurrencies.
Suppose from today X government declares Bitcoin as illegal in country X then any exchange of Bitcoin become illegal that means buying, selling, purchasing and all traders which involve cryptocurrencies will be illegal. All trading platform companies have to shut down within given time frame by the X government. But before taking any step towards banning cryptocurrencies. The X government will definitely consider the loss of user investment and organization. To recover the user investment X government will provide some time period to Trading companies to return users investment and make an exit from the market.
If Any country is going to ban cryptocurrency then this situation is likely to happen in most of the cases but the situation can be change depending on the government action.
We can see what happened when China took action against cryptocurrencies.First, they banned all ICO's and by that they put a full stop on new blockchain projects and new cryptocurrencies.Secound step they took towards the cryptocurrency exchanges and told all exchanges to stop their trades within provided time frame but they didn't ban the cryptocurrencies because they want to regulate cryptocurrencies in their country.
