Yeah agreed
Most coins are not seeing the big jumps of a few months back. Does that still leave scope for making some money on trades? Not that I'm doing that. I just hang onto my Steem and the small amounts of other coins I have. Mind you, I may be selling some SBD to another Steemian for some spending money.
I think there's a lot of small swing trading going on right now. At least that's been my strategy for the last few weeks. For the most part, I've been looking for promising charts, trying to buy the bottom or the breakout, then sell on small 10% - 20% gains. Picking up coins I like and that I think have a promising future, this way if I read the chart wrong, I'm not that concerned holding them long term if the price goes down lower.
I think times like these are also good for accumulating strong projects that you can be confident in. Building a nice position now, and a few months down the road when prices begin to recover & rise take some hefty profits.
