High Probability For Bitcoin Reaching $50.000 USD In 2018!
For some of you it might sound far fetched but it´s actually really likely that Bitcoin will reach $50.000 USD at the end of 2018. It actually just got mathematically proven through a Monte Carlo Simulation, which runs multiple thousands of scenarios in order to predict the most likely one to happen.
On the Picture below you can see just about 200 random runs, which are almost all pretty much above current price levels, predicting a bullish future for cryptocurrencies overall as BTC is still calling the shots in regards to pricing.
Based on those several thousand scenarios a new chart can be created, which shows the most likely price to be hit at the end of this year. To make it short the most likely scenario is for Bitcoin to reach a value of above $50.000 USD or about 5x of it´s price today. That being said, I´m bullish, what about you?

i 'dnt know bitcoin hit 50K$ in this Year But Sure Hit 100K in 2020 .

I think it's a conservative estimate, I can see it going a bit higher

This is highly likely to occur and am agreeing on the $50000 USD price for bitcoin by December. As for Steem, it could go to >$40USD by the close of 2018.
The problem with this is that there are an infinite number of possible scenarios, not thousands. And the thousands of probabilities loaded into the simulation have a clear bias.

If we analyze its exponential growth the target could be even higher, most people don’t realize that bitcoin price movements are very different from stocks and other financial markets. It is simply based on its users and with the lightning network probably going mainstream the overall market cap, considering it is a worldwide phenomenon, could be huge.
@steembusiness I am Bullish on Crypto's and on Bitcoin but my question is does STEEM actually out perform Bitcoin in 2018??
At this point, I think anything is possible, but Cryptos in general are here to stay.

All trading future simulations use historical data to generate future forecasts. I do not trust too much those methods as historical data on Bitcoin is quite short, plus, it just does not follow at all, traditional markets behaviour. But that being said, it is interesting to read the results of the study as they give you a much bigger view, away from daily news affecting the market.
My personal bet is price will be between 50K and 100K at the end of the year. It all depends on the impact institutional money has on the demand side.
50,000 by the end of the year will be great and it will also open up even more doors for blockchain tech. this is just the beginning of what blockchain will bring to the world. i cant wait to see what the future brings. hope you dont mind if i resteem this as well
