BitGrailgate - The Great XRB Heist of 2018

Italian Bitgrail owner (reddit username: TheBomber9 and henceforth referred to as Bomber) is effectively scamming non-EU users for their XRB at a discounted BTC price.

Due to the efforts of many disgruntled non-EU citizens, he has postponed a near instant closing of all non-EU accounts for 2 weeks. This means there are 2 weeks left to withdraw before Bomber no longer allows such actions on his exchange.

His intent was to force BitGrail users to exchange their XRB for BTC at a lower rate in order to accumulate a huge amount of XRB at discount, at which point he would close their account "for not being verified".

Bomber's twitter account bio, when translated, reads as follows:
"Either you die a programmer, or live long enough to become a scammer"
Aside from the fact that its a poor alteration of Harvey Dent's original words, it shows how malicious his intentions have been.

Sad days to anyone who didn't use a wallet for their XRB and left it on Bitgrail.
