Ashton Kutcher Ripple Donates $ 4 Million
Actor and technology investor Ashton Kutcher donated $ 4 million worth of Ripple to Ellen Degeneres Wildlife Conservation Fund at the Ellen Degeneres Show on Thursday (May 24th).
Kutcher and Guy Oseary (Kutcher's business partner and Madonna, manager of U2 and Amy Schumer) made a donation to Ellen in the name of Ripple. Kutcher has previously appeared in the media with his interest in crypto coins and directed A-Grade Investmensts, who invested in BitPay and Sound Ventures with Oseary.
Kutcher, who forgave Ellen for forgiveness, emphasized that XRP is a crypto currency and will never deal with the great control process that normally occurs;
"Actually, at the moment, we can quickly convert this donation to the Rwandan franc without having to deal with any intermediary with a single key."
Degeneres had previously been commenting on crypto money and described it as "almost impossible" to understand digital coins.
Degeneres expressed his astonishment after the donation with these words;
This was definitely a surprise I never expected. $ 4 million, the largest donation ever made to the Wildlife Conservation Fund.
