Life can really piss all over you sometimes to the point of frozen despair. But you have to try and crawl your way out of it in a methodical logical manner. Easier said than done of course. In this video I share:

Remember, it's all relative though. I have food, warmth, shelter, health, wifi. It's a privileged life. Everything is relative. Anyone in the western world is vastly richer than those in the developing world where basic hygiene is a luxury.
