Clean and toxic coins

I found this list with clean and toxic coins , in my opinion there are just a handfull of trustworthy and real valued cryptocoins.
Most icos that flood the market is totaly nonsence , its like people asking for a new tv or a new house and nothing more.
having been an investor in past i can see big value in some coins and totaly nothing in others.
