"Bitcoin" RIDES ON blockchain tech... it is not the blockchain itself. Anyone can make a coin, ANYONE CAN UTILIZE BLOCKCHAIN TECH TO WHAT EVER ENDS THEY WISH... even governments... the thing they can't do is FORCE ANYONE TO USE THEIR MONOPOLY COIN OR DO BUSINESS WITH PARASITES CALLING THEMSELVES AN AUTHORITY!!!!!! See... if I actually believed she is ignorant of these things. I could let it slide... but I firmly believe she is just threatened as all of the billions flowing into cryptos... are keeping her p.m. profits stagnate and so she thinks that talking out of her ass about btc and blockchain with falsehoods, misrepresentations and flat out lies... will scare the money away from cryptos back to the p.m. markets and by extension... into her pocket.
