If we use only hashing power that keep coin secure, and 100% of BTC price as 100% BTC hashing power - this coin having 5% of BTC hashing power should be at 5% level of BTC price.
If we add any other factor as POS or markets we can use this new coin - its value is under 1% of BTC.
