I honestly think cryptocurrency will be a major player in society's finances in the future, but not until transaction fees are brought under control. I knew a correction was incoming.
Nobody will favor a currency that costs more to use than the item they're buying.
I agree, but the fees are really low now. I sent a couple of transactions for 1 satoshi/byte yesterday and those got confirmed. It's just wallets that set the fees way too high
