Even though I stay well away from these sorts of article, this one caught my eye.
I think that even though china bans mining there are plenty of places around the world that will take its place. For example Korea.
Not to mention there seems to a company that props up every other day that does nothing but mine bitcoin. If China is out of the equation then the mining profit would be even better as the demand for bitcoin is not going to stop if one country boycott. This will make it even more agile.
