The PRICE of a BITCOIN could INCREASE more than 20 times (100,000 dollars ) !!!

The price of a bitcoin has the potential to exceed 100,000 dollars in 10 years, which would lead to an increase of more than 20 times the current price

Kay Van-Peterson, the forecaster analyst, estimates that over 10 years e-currency transactions in general, not just bitcoin, will account for 10% of the total volume of daily foreign exchange transactions. Currently, the total value of one-day foreign exchange transactions exceeds $ 5 trillion, according to the Bank of the International Regimes.     Ten per cent of the $ 5 trillion is $ 500 billion, the value of electronic currency transactions in total foreign exchange transactions. Of the $ 500 billion, Bitcoin will account for 35%, which would amount to $ 175 billion, the analyst said.     

Van-Peterson also said the total amount of currencies in circulation would be 10 times the average value of one-day foreign exchange transactions, reaching $ 1.75 trillion. The current value of currencies in circulation is 36.76 billion dollars, according to data from CoinDesk.com     The maximum number of Bitcoin coins that can be created is 21 million, a value that should be reached in 2140. In 10 years, the analyst believes that their number will reach 17 million, at the moment being on the market 16.3 million. So if we divide the total value of the coins in circulation over 10 years, estimated to reach 1.75 billion, to the 17 million coins, that would mean that the value of one alone will reach 100,000 dollars.     

Van-Petersen points out that this calculation is a simplistic, but the growth he estimates may be conservative given that the bitcoin price has risen in 2013 by 5000%.
