Risk is a practice that identifies the probability of an event, factoring in consequences. It is the practice of using processes, methods, and tools to manage risk. As traders, we look for high probability setups with low risk and high reward. We have to understand that it's not possible to maintain and grow our income if we don't properly manage our risk. This is a basic risk to reward scenario video that I cover to give a fundamental understanding.

Thanks for this info Philakone. Can i make a suggestion - you might get less Vitriol from the haters if you entertain/present a possible alternate count. For example - your morning video today gave your targets and your wave counts etc - but had nothing in there about the possiblity of rejection at 9K (or even the more likely 9079 target) (Thanks Chart Guys) - so all the fanboys would have jumped on and thought they had free money into the target zone you had setout. If you had of said something along the lines of there is a 30% chance of rejection at 9K and XYZ could then happen - it would make your educational content much more rounded. Much the same as Sam does (Trade Devil)
