A) There is no "real" price for a new asset and B)The amount to be "given" out is already decided by the number of BTC in blocks at the exact time of the split, uncollected BCH is the only factor I see making it "scarce." C) I could be totally wrong, if SegWit catches a hitch for example, BCH could skyrocket.
But the price is up a bit again and it might keep up :)
