2017: Drama of Adoption of Cryptocurrency in Nigeria

in #bitcoin7 years ago

The Central Bank of Nigeria, out of fear of loosing customers over the rising influence of Bitcoin quickly gave a very strong warning to other commercial banks in the country to not have any dealing with anyone in connection with bitcoin or other Altcoin Exchanges. The laughable Circular sent to the commercial banks in Nigeria could be viewed through the link below

In November that same year; after carrying out intensive research, the same Central Bank of Nigeria decided that it will also launch it's own cryptocurrency, that is its own coin. Is this not interesting?

As if that is not enough, cryptocurrency is now the talk of the town in Nigeria. What are your views?
