This is true, current centralized exchanges have scaling problems. They are simply not ready for mass adoption of the crypto. Imagine what would happen to exchanges if there will be 10 times people wanting to trade...
Ripple is now down 40%....oh the humanity...BTFD
I think IOTA is a great currency, which solves the scaling problem. Unfortunately, it were not developed as an general paymentsystem.
