Cryptopay its a little more expensive, charing $15 for issuing the card, $1.00 monthly fee and up to $3.50 for ATM withdrawal, the advantage is if you wanna stay anonymous with unverified account you can do it and have higher limits than with other companies, anyways if you verify your account your limits goes much higher.
