Bitcoin (did it hit bottom?) Is it a good time to buy?

Bitcoin hit an all time high of USD 3000 on June 11th. Today it was trading as low as USD 2000. Did it hit bottom? if so then it is a great time to start investing the little you can afford to lose in this high risk high reward black swan event. The upside is very rewarding but with the current political effort to fight crypto currency it is not without a substantial risk especially if you live in the US. Be wise join the movement to be free from central banks.
