Breeze Wallet with Privacy Protocol Beta Release

Stratis started last week with a big release. On 12 December, 2017, Stratis released their Beta version of the Breeze Wallet with Breeze Privacy Protocol. Due to the nature of the technology, Stratis has invested in an extended private Mainnet beta phase prior to moving Breeze to an open beta on Mainnet. Technically minded community members are currently helping Stratis with the testing. The full announcement can be read here.

An update about Breeze Wallet with trustless Tumblebit is expected before the end of this week.

Breeze Wallet Testing

Thanks to Stratis community members testing the Breeze Wallet, here’s a small preview of it in action.

Community vote

This week, Ronnie Moas posted a vote on his Twitter feed with the question, ‘What is your favorite altcoin out of $STRAT, $WAVES, $SALT and $STEEM?’.

With over 5,000 votes in total, Stratis was the clear winner, likely causing a lot of new people to look into Stratis.

ICO platform update

On friday, Stratis CEO, Chris Trew, shared a surprise update on Slack regarding Stratis’ ICO Platform.

Chris mentioned a few very interesting details about the ICO Platform:

• Stratis received a great amount of interest from startups and established companies in utilising the Stratis ICO platform.
• Stratis has two companies on board that they feel that are a great fit to be the first ICOs on the Stratis ICO Platform.
• These ICOs will not roll out until at least the end of January.
• One of the companies is already an “industry leader in China with a multi million pound turnover”. It’s a company that has a well-developed platform that solves some age-old trade issues.

And with that, another week passed by.
