The answer is "yes"; I use MinerGate (https://minergate.com/a/1cb3993ff6b8eff7393d2e1f). I used to be able to transfer 100 BCN every 3-4 days in 2017; since the beginning of 2018, this has changed to 100 BCN every 6-8 weeks. I do have multiple home computers running MinerGate simultaneously.
