Wirex has announced that it has obtained an E-money license issued by the British regulator FCA. With this certificate, the company can claim to meet the highest standards and requirements.
In an article published on its website, Wirex announced that it has obtained an E-money license from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The fintech specializing in the storage of crypto-currencies (wallets) and issuing credit cards to spend its bitcoins would be the third blockchain company in the world to obtain a license of this type.
The FCA aims to protect consumers and oversees the financial markets in the UK, obtaining a license will allow Wirex to gain trust with its customers.
Dmitry Lazarichev, co-founder of Wirex, said:

Pavel Matveev, the second founder, also commented on the event:
