The other option would be Epayments. If you’ll go to their website, you’ll find that they offer a Mastercard can store your bitcoins. Fiat currencies including dollars, euros, and even rubles (through Yandex money and Qiwi accounts) can be put on the card.
Epayments cards are prepaid and do not hold your cryptos, as they are exchanged instantly. If you manage to spend more than 300 euros a month, no service fee will be charged.
