STEP 1: Create an account in Blockchain.info

Follow the instructions. Save the Wallet ID in a safe place. This is your unique Wallet ID.

STEP 2: Create an account in any Bitcoin exchange of your choice. There are a numerous of them.
Research a bit online to see which one is best for your country.
I use Coinmama. It is easy to use. There is an option to buy with Credit card. Their fees are reasonable.

Follow the instructions within Coinmama.
IMPORTANT: Enter your Wallet ID created in Step1 correctly in Coinmama. If you enter wrong ID, it will go to someone, no one can help to recover.
