To trade or not to trade?

What do you guys think? Day Trade or HODL?
If I still had all the dash and eth that I had 3 years ago... OMG I would be rich as f*ck. Day trading may seem good short term but in the long term it’s prob the worst thing you could do. Buy and hold!
