When these millionaires say this, do the opposite. Nothing and I mean nothing is going to stop Technology. Keep on stackin, so you can see him one day and say WRONG..... Lol... He says based on thin air, its so laughable um cause what do you think the dollar is based off of? Well Um think air. Not backed by Gold, they sent all the reserves to the Aliens already.....

Ironically even fiat is not money using his definition and hasn’t been since the gold standard was removed. When a government can freeze your accounts or impose negative interest rates, a well defined cryptocurrency looks much more stable!

Trump's tweet just sounds like a screw you to Zuckerberg with other stuff thrown in so he's not only targeting Libra. I could be totally wrong but that's how it read to me.

I wasn't sure if that tweet was real or a spoof one but reading the comments leads me to believe its real.

I find lots of similarities between crypto and poker. Not that long ago (and still today) if you told someone you were playing poker online with your real money they would look at you like you are the biggest schmuch on the planet. Today (at peak hours) pokerstars has 10,000 - 20,000 players playing daily and is worth 4.9 Billion dollars.

As for the tweet .... some people are just stuck in the past. There is no stopping technology or the internet.

But in all realness, a president tweeting about crypto is great. All publicity is good publicity right? This got a decent amount of news coverage in some parts and just like when bitcoin hit 20k, it'll get more people to look into crypto.
