A empresa Star Jets International LLC passou a aceitar pagamentos de bitcoin para voos de jato privado. A empresa é uma subsidiária integral da Advanced Defense Technologies, companhia que produz aeronaves para o governo dos Estados Unidos dentre outros.
Além de aceitar bitcoin, esses passos parecem orientadas para aumentar a lucratividade da empresa e mantê-la competitiva na era digital.
