What is next for Bitcoin

I am curious to know in this wild wild west of time in cryptocurrency, what path lies ahead for Bitcoin. Where does the next step take us? If you really think about this... we are just finally scratching the mainstream surface! Just a minor scratch.... but enough where it cannot be buffed out. The skeptics are proved wrong again and again after every barrier broken... More & more places Bitcoin can be found.... but where will be the most beneficial.... marketplaces? wallets? mining? accepting? paying? vault? And of all of this.... will Bitcoin be King? more than gold? more than fiat currency? more than any of the current ALT coins? more than any crypto not yet developed? What if cyber warfare becomes more of an issue... will regular people be able to keep their assets safe..... Does this keep you up at night...
