Motormoney and Fruitmoney. Scam or waiting for BTC to set a better price?

A lot of people all around the world is using these PTC and mining websites. Motormoney consists in advertising and mining rubles while the user is buying cars having diferent yields and features, and Fruitmoney consists in buying trees which produce harvests whose aim is sell them in order to get rubles.

Both seemed serious websites because until now there was no kind of interrumption, but two days ago theirs hosts dissapeared strangely. Investing in both is a very good bussisnes because every day user can transfer their profits, even from 1 rubles. No one knows exacttly why these websites are not available right now. However, some reasons could be knocking our minds:

1.- Their fees had to be updated and there was only one time to do it, but not on line.
2.- These week was celebrated in New York an international meeting and Bitcoin price is obviously affected, so that Motormoney and Fruitmoney have not enough money to transfer to their user if BTC keeps decreasing.

Therefore, Motormoney and Fruitmoney, as well as many others PTC and mining websites, get their profits from their users, and this consists in mining BTC directly while users are mining Rubles. This reason is a response which comes to us logically because BTC is the main cryptocurrency all around the world, so that everybody wants to reach BTC.

So this situation is A SCAM or A SUDDENLY SITUATION?. A lot of people do not want it because invests keep runing and nobody wants to lose invests. Anyhow we think that both are going to be available so soon and the users are going to keep getting rubles from it.
