We cannot afford any goverment spending. We need to cut federal spending and make borrowing outside time of declared war illegal. Elected officials should not be paid unless they have a balanced budged. Repeal the federal reserve act. End the fed and replace current M2 with Treasury notes back by gold or limited to growth matching the real GDP and population growth to hold deflation at 1-2%.
