I personally feel bitcoin is always going to be highest valued cryptocurrency simply because it was probabky the first of it's kind. One million sounds far stretched but the value of bitcoin is always going to increase and probably only ethereum can compete with bitcoin in future.
Besides being the first, I don't know of any other coin that you can buy Subway with besides fiat currency. The list of merchants that accept Bitcoin for payment both online and off is growing every day. That makes Bitcoin a viable currency. The People's Currency!
